“Norbert Vesak’s deeply emotional Belong is a Company premiere. This haunting piece, set to Syrinx’s “December Angel” is a lyrical, intimate, and romantic duet. Originally part of Vesak’s ballet What to do Til the Messiah Comes (1973), the Belong pas de deux has been called a “romantic visual poem” (Critical Dance) with intricate and sinuous choreography reflecting the emotional connection between two dancers.”
